Order in the matter of M/s. Magan Industries Limited
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated August 21, 2007 in the matter of M/s. Magan Industries Limited restraining two entities viz., the company, M/s. Magan Industries Limited and its Director, Shri Dashrath Singh Shekhawat from buying, selling and dealing or accessing the securities market in any manner for a period of two years.
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
