M/s. Datanet Systems Ltd.
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, vide order dated August 22, 2007 ‘censured’ M/s. Sree Ganesh Enterprise, Sub-broker [SEBI registration no. INS 010623721], affiliated to M/s. Subhkam Securities Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Datanet Systems Ltd. It was observed that the sub-broker had contravened the provisions of Section 12 of SEBI Act, 1992.
