Certificate of registration of M/s. Accord Capital Markets Ltd., suspended
Shri G. Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated August 27, 2007 against M/s. Accord Capital Markets Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), SEBI registration no. INB230776837 in respect of the irregular transactions in the shares of M/s. DSQ Software Ltd. imposing a major penalty of suspension of certificate of registration for a period of twelve months.
The certificate of registration of M/s. Accord Capital Markets Ltd. will be suspended from September 17, 2007 till September 16, 2008.
