Order against M/s. Harvic Management Services India Limited
in the matter of M/s. Numero Uno Projects Limited
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated August 23, 2007, against M/s. Harvic Management Services India Limited, sub-broker of M/s. B. M. Gandhi Securities Ltd., Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), in the matter of M/s. Numero Uno Projects Limited imposing penalty of suspension of certificate of registration (SEBI Registration no. INS 010496938) for a period of two months.
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
