Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order on September 27, 2007 in respect of M/s. Atlanta Ltd. and its Promoters in the matter of M/s. Atlanta Ltd. confirming the directions in the ad-interim order dated February 22, 2007 against M/s. Atlanta Ltd. and aforesaid promoters except for the certain modifications.
