Order in the matter of Todays Writing Products Ltd.

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated November 01, 2007 restraining Shri Sunil Purohit, M/s. Victory Trading Corporation, Shri Tejash Ghelani, Shri Mehul Shah, Shri Chaitanya Raote, Shri Chirag Pujara, Shri Devang Dadia and Shri Rakesh Mithapara from buying, selling and dealing or accessing the securities market in any manner for a period of four months in the matter of Todays Writing Products Ltd.

The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
