A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, Shri G. Anantharaman and Dr. T. C. Nair has passed consent order dated November 20, 2007, on an application submitted by M/s. First Custodian Fund (India) Ltd, in the matter of Blue Information Technology Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
