Consent Order against M/s. Frontline Capital Services Ltd.
A panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI Shri G. Anantharaman and Dr. T. C. Nair has passed consent order dated January 04, 2008, on an application submitted by M/s. Frontline Capital Services Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Flex Industries Ltd., M/s. FCL Tech. & Products Ltd., and M/s. Flex Engg. Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lacs only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
