Order in the matter of M/s. Vijay Textiles Limited
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 11, 2008 against the Trading Member, Galaxy Broking Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Vijay Textiles Limited, imposing a minor penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s. Galaxy Broking Ltd., for a period of fifteen days.
The order will come into effect immediately after the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
