Order against Shri Bharat Kumar Jain and Shri Prakash Kumar Vachraj Jain
Shri V. K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 05, 2008 against Shri Bharat Kumar Jain and Shri Prakash Kumar Vachraj Jain, in the matter of M/s. Mazda Fabrics & Processors Ltd., restraining them from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of two years.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
