Order against M/s. Libord Securities Ltd.
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 05, 2008 against M/s. Libord Securities Ltd., in the matter of M/s. Mazda Fabrics & Processors Ltd., restraining them from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of one year.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
