Order against M/s. Harikishan Hiralal (now known as Shreehari Hira Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd.)
Shri V. K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 05, 2008 against M/s. Harikishan Hiralal (now known as Shreehari Hira Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd.), Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), in the matter of M/s. SMR Universal Softech Ltd., suspending the certificate of registration granted to them for a period of one month.
The order shall come into force immediately after the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
