Order against Ransi Software India Ltd., Shri V. Srinivas, Shri Mahendra A. Shah, Shri Kunaram Chaudhary and Shri Kishore Thakkar
Shri V. K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 06, 2008 against Ransi Software India Ltd., Shri V. Srinivas, Shri Mahendra A. Shah, Shri Kunaram Chaudhary and Shri Kishore Thakkar, in the matter of Ransi Software India Ltd., directing Shri V. Srinivas to be cautious and ensure that his name is not used by others in any manner whatsoever for any dealings in securities market in future and restraining the other four entities from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of two years.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
