Order against CompuAction Securities Pvt. Ltd.
Shri V. K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 07, 2008 against CompuAction Securities Pvt. Ltd.(SEBI Registration No. INS010579238) sub-broker of IKM Investment Services Ltd., in the matter of Sun Infoways Ltd., suspending the certificate of registration granted to them for a period of four months.
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
