Consent Order against M/s. Fincap Portfolio Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri G. Anantharaman and Dr. T. C. Nair has passed consent order dated January 30, 2008, on an application submitted by M/s. Fincap Portfolio Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Alps Industries Ltd. in accordance with SEBI Guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
