Shri V. K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 08, 2008 against NCJ Share & Stock Brokers Ltd. (erstwhile proprietary concern of N C Jain) Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), in the matter of Sun Infoways Ltd, imposing a minor penalty of ‘Censure’ on the broker.
