Order in the matter of Prime Property Development Corporation Limited
Dr. T.C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated February 12, 2008 in the matter of Prime Property Development Corporation Limited revoking the ad-interim ex-parte order dated September 29, 2005 passed by SEBI. The order comes into force with immediate effect.
The order further states that SEBI will initiate appropriate enforcement proceedings in terms of the investigation report independently and in accordance with law without getting influenced or prejudiced by this order or ad-interim ex-parte order dated September 29, 2005.
