Order against Libord Finance Ltd. (now known as Libord Infotech Ltd.)
Dr. T C Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 18, 2008 against Libord Finance Ltd. (now known as Libord Infotech Ltd.), in the matter of Mazda Fabrics & Processors Ltd., restraining them from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of one month.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
