Consent Order in the matter of Blue Information Technology Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, Shri G. Anantharaman and Dr. T. C. Nair has passed consent order dated 15/02/2008, on an application submitted by M/s. Harvestdeal Securities Ltd, in the matter of Blue Information Technology Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter and also agreed for a voluntary bar from activating broking firm for business as a Trading Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. for the period of three months from the date of the order.
