Order in the matter of Vital Communications Limited
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 20, 2008 against Vital Communications Ltd., Shri J P Madaan, Shri R K Garg, Smt. Subha Jhindal, Shri Vinay Talwar and Shri Vijay Jhindal in the matter of Vital Communications Limited.
Vital Communications Ltd. and its Directors Shri J P Madaan, Shri R K Garg, and Shri Vijay Jhindal have been restrained from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling and dealing in securities in any manner for a period of two years. Smt. Subha Jhindal has been restrained from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling and dealing in securities in any manner for a period of six months. The charges against Shri Vinay Talwar have been dropped.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
