Order against Mukesh Babu Securities Ltd., Member of BSE & NSE
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order against Mukesh Babu Securities Ltd., Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., imposing a penalty of suspension of Certificate of Registration of the broker for a period of one day.
The order has been passed for the dealings of the broker in the shares of Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited.(HFCL), Zee Telefilms Ltd. (ZTL) and Global Telesystems Ltd. (GTL) during the period April 01, 2000 to March 31, 2001.
The order shall come into effect immediately after the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
