Order against Latin Manharlal Securities Pvt. Ltd., Member of BSE
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order against Latin Manharlal Securities Pvt. Ltd., Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. imposing a penalty of suspension of Certificate of Registration of the broker for a period of three days.
The order has been passed for the dealings of the broker in the shares of Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited.(HFCL), Global Telesystems Ltd. (GTL) and Adani Exports Ltd.(AEL) during the period April 01, 2000 to March 31, 2001.
The order shall come into effect immediately after the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
