Order against Lallubhai Ranchhoddas Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd.
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated February 29, 2008 against Lallubhai Ranchhoddas Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd., member of the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, in the matter of Ravalgaon Sugar Farms Ltd. and Shrenuj & Co. Ltd.
Lallubhai Ranchhoddas Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd. was found guilty of violating the provisions of the Code of Conduct for stock brokers. Therefore, the stock broker has been directed to be careful in future and not to repeat similar violations, as the same may then result in higher penalty.
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
