Order against Mega Corporation Limited
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order on February 28, 2008 in the matter of Mega Corporation Limited restraining Mega Corporation Limited from accessing the capital market in any manner whatsoever for a period of one year and restraining its Directors, Shri Kunal Lalani, Shri Himanshu Mehta and Shri Surendra Chhalani, from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, in any manner, for a period of one year.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
