Order in the matter of Shalibhadra Infosec Ltd.

Shri V. K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 03, 2008 in the matter of Shalibhadra Infosec Ltd. restraining Ashit Vora, Mahesh Shah, Pankaj Patel, Vinod Desai, Tushar Jhaveri and Maulik Patwa from accessing the securities market, buying, selling or dealing in securities or associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of one year and restraining Santosh Gayakwad and Mukesh Bachubhai Vadecha from accessing the securities market, buying, selling or dealing in securities or associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of two years.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
