Order in the matter of M/s. Top Telemedia Ltd. and 

Top Media Entertainment Ltd.

Shri V.K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated March 03, 2008 in the matter of irregularities in the trading of the shares of M/s. Top Telemedia Ltd. and M/s. Top Media Entertainment Ltd. restraining M/s. Coverage and Consultants Ltd., M/s. Essem Associates, M/s. Pivotal Stoxare Ltd., M/s. Prakash Ceramics Ltd., M/s. Prakash Fortran Softech Ltd., Mr. Rajesh Jain and M/s. M. M. Securities from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from associating with the securities market to buy, sell or deal in securities market in any manner for a period of three months. 
 
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
