Order against M/s. Shri Parshwa Finance
in the matter of M/s. Ojas Technochem Products Limited
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI
has passed an order dated May 16, 2008 against M/s. Shri
Parshwa Finance in the matter of M/s. Ojas Technochem
Products Limited warning them to be careful and cautious
in future while dealing with the clients. They have also
been directed to note that any instances of violation or
non compliance of the SEBI Act and Rules and Regulations
in future shall be dealt with stringently.
