Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated June 03, 2008, revoking the interim order dated September 03, 2007 passed against Mr. Pradipta Chatterjee. It is further directed in the said order that the interim order dated September 03, 2007 will continue to operate against M/s. Mega Millennium Securities Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Mega Millennium Investment Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Swaminathan Mahalingam.
