Consent Order on the application submitted by M/s. Jai Sharefin Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI Shri M.S.Sahoo and
Dr. K.M. Abraham has passed consent order dated October 09, 2009 on an application submitted by M/s. Jai Sharefin Ltd., Member, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange in the matter of Hindustan Continental Ltd. and Priyans Saree Industries Ltd. in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) towards settlement charges. The applicant has also undertaken ‘two years voluntary debarment from the securities market’. Accordingly, the broker shall not buy, sell or deal in securities market in any manner whether directly or indirectly for a period of two years from October 15, 2009.
