Order in the matter of Seagull Leafin Limited and its directors

Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 15, 2009 in the matter of Seagull Leafin Limited, restraining Seagull Leafin Limited and its directors namely, viz., Mr. Philips Amolik, Mr. S. R. Pujari, Mr. Rajkumar Sharma and Mr. Vinodbhai D. Patel from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, either directly or indirectly and in any capacity whatsoever, till further orders.
