Order against Premium Capital Market and Investments Limited in the matter of Consortex Karl Doelitzsch (I) Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 12, 2009, in the matter of Consortex Karl Doelitzsch (I) Ltd. warning Premium Capital Market and Investments Limited to be careful and cautious in its dealing in the securities market in future and adhere to and comply with all relevant statutory provisions. Premium Capital Market and Investments Limited have also been directed to note that any instances of violation or non-compliance of the SEBI Act, Rules and Regulations in future shall be dealt with stringently.
