Consent Order on the application submitted by Jaico Securities
Private Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M. S. Sahoo and Dr. K. M. Abraham has passed a consent order dated October 23, 2009 on an application submitted by Jaico Securities Private Ltd., a broker of National Stock Exchange in the matter of Jindal Stainless Limited’, ‘Cosmo Films Limited’, and ‘BSEL Infrastructure Reality Limited and Maharashtra Seamless Limited’ in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter. The applicant has also undertaken to undergo voluntary debarment from the securities market for a period of two months. Accordingly, the entity shall not buy, sell or deal in securities market in any manner whether directly or indirectly for a period of two months from October 26, 2009.
