Order against Space Age Polymers Private Limited and others in the matter of Peacock Industries Limited 

Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 26, 2009 in the matter of Peacock Industries Limited restraining M/s. Space Age Polymers Private Limited, Mrs. Batool Abde Ali and Mrs. Bilqis Bano from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities in any manner and in any capacity whatsoever for a period of one year. 

The order comes into force with immediate effect.
