Consent Order on the application submitted by Ashok Kumar Kayan
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M.S. Sahoo and Dr. K.M. Abraham, has passed a consent order dated October 26, 2009 on the application submitted by Ashok Kumar Kayan in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders, for violating the provisions of Regulation 4(2)(a), (e) and (o) of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 and clauses A(1) to (4) and B(4)(a) of the Code of Conduct as stipulated under Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
