Order against M/s Subh Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of
M/s Radiant Financial Services Ltd.
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 28, 2009 imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of Subh Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd., Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of three months in respect of its dealings in the shares of Radiant Financial Services Ltd. The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
