Order against D. G. Goenka Equities Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 29, 2009 against D. G. Goenka Equities Pvt. Ltd., Member, BSE, in the matter of Design Auto Systems Ltd., suspending the certificate of registration of the stock broker for a period of two months. The order shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
