Order against Mr. Vikram R Patel and Mr. Prakash R Patel in the matter of
M/s. Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 30, 2009, in the matter of M/s. Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited restraining Mr. Vikram R Patel and Mr. Prakash R Patel from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of five years. As the two entities have already undergone debarment for a period of around two years and eleven months, the order notes that the two entities should undergo debarment for the remaining period of two years and one month from the date of the order.
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
