Order in the matter of Konkan Tyres Ltd.

Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 30, 2009, in the matter of Konkan Tyres Ltd. restraining the following entities from accessing the securities market and further prohibiting them from buying, selling, or otherwise dealing in the securities market, either directly or indirectly for a period of six months:

1. Konkan Tyres Limited

2. Mr. Omprakash G. Soni

3. Mrs. Indu Omprakash Soni

4. Mr. Fateh Sinh Solanki

5. Esskey Rubber Industries Private Limited

6. Olympic Agro Industries Limited and

7. Konkan Capfin Limited

The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
