Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed two separate orders dated November 16, 2009 in the matter of Oasis Media Matrix Limited restraining Shri Piyush Jhaveri, Shri Anil D Modi, Shri Ashish P Shah and Smt. Mona F Shah from buying, selling or dealing in securities market whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months.

The orders come into force with immediate effect.
