Order against Shri Vasant H Bissa in the matter of SMR Universal Softech Ltd.
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated November 16, 2009 against Shri Vasant H Bissa, in the matter of SMR Universal Softech Limited, prohibiting him from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner, or accessing the securities market directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever for a period of two years.
Since Shri Vasant H Bissa has already been prohibited by SEBI vide order dated October 08, 2009 in the matter of Karuna Cables Ltd., this order shall not run concurrently with the aforesaid order and shall be effective after the expiry of the term in the said matter.
