Order against M/s. S. Jhunjhunwala & Co., Member, CSE
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated November 18, 2009 imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s. S. Jhunjhunwala & Co., Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of two months in respect of its dealings in the shares of M/s. Toplight Commercial Ltd.
The order shall come into force immediately on the expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
