Order against Mr. Mukesh G. Konde, Mr. Ashok Narayan Waje and Mr. Nitesh Ashok Jadhav in the matter of RTS Power Corporation Limited
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated November 18, 2009 in the matter of RTS Power Corporation Limited confirming the directions issued vide ad-interim ex-parte order dated June 5, 2009 against Mr. Mukesh G. Konde, Mr. Ashok Narayan Waje and Mr. Nitesh Ashok Jadhav. It would be pertinent to note that SEBI vide order dated June 5, 2009 had prohibited these persons from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling or dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly, till further orders.
