Order against of Shri Manu N Sonate, Shri P B Chandrasekhar and 

Shri S. Thirunavukarasu in the matter of Database Finance Limited

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated November 17, 2009, in the matter of Database Finance Limited, restraining Shri Manu N Sonate, Shri P B Chandrasekhar and Shri S. Thirunavukarasu from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months from the date of the order.
 
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
