Order against Mr. Sandeep Janamdas Merchant in the matter of Somplast Leather Industries Ltd.
Dr. K.M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated November 27, 2009, against Mr. Sandeep Janamdas Merchant in the matter of Somplast Leather Industries Ltd., restraining him from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner and in any capacity, for a period of six months.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
