Order against M/s. Subh Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd., Member, CSE
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated November 27, 2009 imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s. Subh Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd., Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. for a period of one month in respect of its dealings in the shares of M/s. Toplight Commercial Ltd. As the operation of the order of SEBI dated October 28, 2009 suspending the certificate of registration of the broker for a period of three months commenced with effect from November 19, 2009, the penalty ordered under this order shall run concurrently from the date of this order.
