Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member SEBI has passed an order dated December 02, 2009 against Mr. Siddhartha Srivastava in the matter of ATN International Ltd., prohibiting Mr. Siddhartha Srivastava from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner, or accessing the securities market directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever for a period of two years from the date of the order.
