Order in the matter of M/s. Kwality Dairy (I) Ltd.
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated December 09, 2009 in the matter of M/s. Kwality Dairy (I) Ltd, suspending the certificate of registration of the sub-broker, Shri Sanjay Biyani, sub-broker of the Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange Securities Ltd. for a period of fifteen days.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
