Order in the matter of Kirloskar Investment and Finance Ltd.

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 10, 2009, in the matter of Kirloskar Investment and Finance Ltd. against Mr. Hari Singh Champawat, Mr. Keshar Singh Rathore and Mr. Manohar Singh Rathore, restraining them from accessing the securities market and prohibiting from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever, for a period of one year from the date of the order.
