Order against M/s. S. Jhunjhunwala & Co., Member, CSE
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 14, 2009 imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s. S. Jhunjhunwala & Co., Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of one month in respect of its dealings in the shares of Radiant Financial Services Ltd.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
The broker was suspended previously vide order dated November 18, 2009 in the matter of Toplight Commercial Ltd.
