Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 15, 2009, against Shri J. R. Desai in the matter of Axel Polymers Ltd. Shri J. R. Desai has been restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, for a period of one year from the date of the order.
